According to the abroad media, the Royal family of Saudi Arabia announced a project that they will invest the highest tower in the world spending 12 billion pounds, which is in the high of 1 mile(1600m),taking 12mins to arrival at the top of the tower by elevator.
This building named “Kingdom Tower” will include hotel, offices,deluxe suites and a shopping mall.
After completed, it will be the twice more than present the highest Tower- Burj Khalifa, 5 times more than the highest building Shard London Tower in UK.
The investment partner is KHC Co., belonging to Saudi Arabia Royal for the amazing architecture, which is the biggest company in Saudi Arabia, and also is the shareholders of Apple Inc, McDonald's Corp and Amazon Inc.
The contractor is an American company Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, which is the designer of Burj Khalifa.
