TKJ 1000/1.0-JXPC type PC controlled AC passenger elevator technique

Targeting at 1m/s 1t passenger lifts used widely in this country, a speed-governing device is developed for three phase dual speed motors.
The function principle is: at the starting stage, a resistor is added in series to decrease voltage following Principle of Time; at the steady stage, the resistor is cut to let the motor run in its natural mechanical way; at the decelerating stage, adopting the Closed Loop Energy-consuming Brake Principle, the speed-governing device is applied to realize stepless speed regulating, direct stop and zero-speed. During the whole decelerating period the elevator runs accurately according to the given ideal curve, so that to improve the comfort, precision of leveling and travel efficiency.

This device has passed new product’s verification, experts commented that this AC speed governing device realizes direct stop with zero-speed, precision leveling, comfort riding, high efficiency, simple structure, convenient adjustment and maintenance. Logical signals adopt PLC. Compared to relay system, it has higher reliability, higher adaptability, more convenient adjustment and maintenance. This product is the first to adopt PLC for AC speed regulating system and has shown high practical value for upgrading AC dual speed elevator and reforms of the old technique.
TKJ 1000/1.6-JXPC new medium speed passenger elevator
It has the following features:

PLC is used to control floor-selection signal. Well information is simplified and can comply with requirement of 1.6m/s elevators.
Steel plate car bottom frame is used instead of wood, which improved door machine system, reduced horizontal vibration and noises from the opening and close of doors.
